Pasta
- Microwave Pasta Cooker or do it the laborious way
- frozen edamame beans
- these can be heated along with the pasta, use a brand that is pre-blanched and only needs a few minutes of heat
- salt
- leftover brine from garlic stuffed olives works really well
- optionally add frozen whelks
Sauce
- sichuan oil (stir into pasta first)
- with dried minced roasted garlic or spice mix
- red pesto
- apple cider vinegar
- hot headz who dares burns chilli sauce
- i use about 4 drops
- anchovy paste sparingly, or not at all if using whelks
- fennel seed
Topping
- sprinkly cheese
- coarse pepper
- fried onion
